Dr. Katy Lo is a dedicated optometrist who brings clinical knowledge, compassion, and a lifelong fascination with vision to every patient she serves. Her interest in eye care began during her school years, when she wrote an article about the evolution of the eye — a curiosity that grew into a true passion for optometry.

Dr. Lo believes every patient has unique visual needs. Her approach focuses on personalized eye care, carefully listening to each patient’s concerns, and helping them achieve the clearest, most comfortable vision possible.

She began her academic journey at New York University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, before earning her optometry degree with honors from the SUNY College of Optometry. During optometry school, Dr. Lo was awarded the Adolph and Ruth Schnurmacher Foundation and Charles and Mildred Schnurmacher Foundation Merit Scholarship for academic excellence.

As part of the New Jersey Eye MD team, Dr. Lo provides professional optometric care including prescription updates, contact lens evaluations, and ongoing eye health support. Outside the office, she enjoys skiing, biking, reading, and spending time with her husband and children.
