My Guarantor helps eligible tenants meet their landlord's requirements with a trusted professional guarantor service, making it easier to secure the home you want and move forward with confidence.
There's a £20 one off application fee to apply. If your application is approved, you'll pay a completion fee to activate your guarantee. Your first year of cover is included, with the option to renew for a second and third year if needed.
Students, working professionals, and people receiving benefits or a pension can all apply. We assess each application individually rather than relying on rigid criteria.
Most decisions are returned within 4 hours of a complete application being submitted, though this can occasionally take longer during busy periods.
Yes — our guarantee is designed to meet standard landlord and agent referencing requirements across the UK. If your landlord has questions, our team is happy to speak with them directly.
